Delivery at your home, at the post office or at a local delivery point. Labophyto offers you 5 different delivery methods with SoColissimo. Indicative delivery time is 2 days.
My home
Your parcel is delivered to you personally between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. or delivered to your letterbox. If the parcel does not fit into a letterbox, it will be made available at your local post office. You have 10 working days to collect it. You will be informed by e-mail 24 hours before delivery of your parcel.
My appointment (Paris only)
As soon as your parcel is ready to be delivered, you are notified by e-mail and sms. From Monday to Friday, you can select the time that best suits you: 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. or 8 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. You can also decide to be delivered another day within 10 working days.
Delivery in the post office of your choice
You can choose the post office you want (without the postman calling at your home beforehand). You will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail, with a voucher used to withdraw it from the post office within 10 working days. After this deadline, the package is returned to the sender.
My Cityssimo space
Cityssimo spaces are automatic parcel pick-up sites accessible 24/7 (except in shopping malls). You will be informed of the availability of your order by e-mail and SMS. This will specify your withdrawal codes allowing you to collect your parcel within 10 working days.
